What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimeters and compare with the sizing guide supplied by the shop. Confirm sizing before purchasing. A complete sizing chart will be added before launch.
Are press-on nails reusable?
Many press-on sets can be reused with careful removal and storage. Longevity depends on application, adhesive and wear.
When will my order ship?
Processing times, shipping rates and delivery policies will be published before the shop begins accepting payments.
Can I request a custom design?
Custom designs are not available for online purchase yet. Check back for future collections.
